Summer Slam

On Saturday 2nd July 2022 3pm - 7pm in the Lawrence Batley Theatre courtyard we hosted a FREE teen event with:

• A pop-up skate park with 11 ramps from Skate It Yourself
• Street art with Northern Mural Co. – where people could decorate the skate ramps and vinyl records
• DJs – young DJs spun tracks
• Bands – local up-and-coming musicians played with Jam Factory
• Spoken word - young writers performed their work

All part of the Our Biennale Finale celebrations.
